Great Product, Exceptional Customer Service
I purchased the Robo-Tek after extensive research as it appeared to be a highly rated product, I was not wrong and could not be happier, even to the extent that I have recommended it to 3 friends who are all very happy with their subsequent purchases. It climbs the pool walls with ease, navigates steps and ledges and does exactly what it says it will do - Cleans the pool! Unfortunately after 6 months an unusual fault occurred on my control box and when I contacted the manufacturer, I got an immediate response (on a weekend!) from Steve who by chance was in Adelaide at a Pool Expo, I took the unit to him and he replaced the defective part on the spot and also handed me a new remote free of charge as I had not received one with my original purchase, I can not fault the customer service and could not recommend this product enough (to the extent that I do not usually write reviews but quite simply this deserves a great review).

Robust product, amazing after sales and service.
I owned several residential robots over the years. It’s simple and refreshingly honest. No flashy lights, latest connectivity, or mesmerising design. Just powerful suction, sturdy motor, and built like a tank. Don’t take me wrong, the cleaner has never been perfect, earlier generations had fragile inlet flaps, the corners could erode if you had a pebble mix surface, the computer didn’t have auto switch off..but every problem has been addressed with add-on accessories and in eventual upgrades. They actually listen and use feedback to improve, something rare nowadays. Which leads me to the main reason I recommend the product: they got your back. after sales is simply amazing. There’s a culture of support and care, that makes every interaction a breeze and a pleasure.
To Robotek: Keep on the hard work and hold on to your company culture.

Love my Robo-plus
Pool always looks immaculate. The power of the pump in this guy really gets the water moving and the bag always picks up the fine stuff. We had a small issue with our Robot occassionally stopping mid cycle, a quick call and the Robo-Tek team had it couriered back to be looked at and returned a week and half later in perfect working order. Nothing but positive from this whole experience and the product itself.

Best ever pool cleaner & Customer Service
Our Robo - Tek leaves our pool perfectly clean , it is situated near large Coconut Palms that at certain times sends small pieces of coconut flowers . Not a problem For our Ro o -Tek . We have owned several different brands over the years but this machine is the best by far .
Customer Service is excellent, nothing is ever too hard. On both occasions our problem was fixed pronto , this is amazing considering we are in Far North Qld.

Highly recommend! Excellent pool cleaner and fantastic customer service
We have had several pool cleaners in the past and this is the first one that we have been completely satisfied with. Gerry from Adelaide came out at very short notice to demonstrate the Robo-Tek Robo-Plus and I was amazed at how well it cleans. It had no trouble picking up the marble sized seeds that had dropped off the palm trees which other pool cleaners have struggled with. It also picked up many of the long palm leaves. It comes with a remote control to make it go where you need but it works quickly and gets around the entire pool including the steps anyway. The caddy is a great feature too so it can be neatly stored away when not in use.
