Although the store has been open since August, our official opening day was held on Saturday October 7th. The day was a great success, with plenty of new customers coming in to see the new store and have a chat with our team.
We had a coffee van and sausage sizzle catering for all that attended, while raising funds for our partner charity Beyond Blue. Gift bags loaded with goodies were well received as giveaways on the day. A massive thanks to Pool Magic, Pool Controls and LoChlor Chemicals for their contributions with these packs. The store was a buzz with customers snapping up the many specials on offer and of course our ever popular putting green got a workout.
Owner Aaron Hollitt commented on the day as a fantastic success – “It was so great to be able to meet all our new customers and also bring together all the family and friends that contributed to getting this store open and presented to the high standard we want to achieve. The fact that we could promote our new shop, provide a local community event and raise some money for an amazing charity such as Beyond Blue really capped off a couple of months of hard work in getting our new store operational”.
